Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to penalties or suspension of Services. In the event of non-payment, Cblu Digital reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover any outstanding amounts.
- Termination Either party may terminate the provision of Services by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all outstanding fees owed to Cblu Digital up to the effective termination date.
- Limitation of Liability Cblu Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Cblu Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
